We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, loves solving problems, and enjoys bringing order to fast-moving environments.

As our Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll become the operational hub that keeps projects, people, and information moving.

Every day you’ll coordinate homeowners, designers, field leaders, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, schedules, and materials so our team can deliver an exceptional remodeling experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain construction schedules.
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and vendors.
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout their project.
  • Keep JobTread organized and up to date.
  • Track permits, purchase orders, selections, documentation, and project milestones.
  • Identify problems before they become emergencies.
  • Help improve systems and processes as our company continues to grow.
