About the Job
You May Not Be Looking for Another Job. You May Be Looking for a Better Company.

The carpenter we’re looking for probably already has a job.

You know how to install cabinets, hang doors, run trim, lay flooring, frame, and solve the unexpected problems that come with remodeling. People depend on you because you know how to get things done.

But being the dependable person can become exhausting when you’re expected to carry everything yourself, provide all your own equipment, or work somewhere with no clear opportunity to move forward.

T‑Brothers Renovations offers another option.

We’re an established, family-owned remodeling company with nearly 30 team members serving Buffalo and Niagara. We complete kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations. Our carpenters are supported by field leadership, project coordinators, office staff, and multiple in-house trades.

We provide the tools and equipment needed to perform the work. You bring your experience, craftsmanship, dependability, and willingness to be part of the team.

This isn’t an easy job, and we won’t pretend remodeling always goes according to plan. You’ll be expected to think ahead, solve problems, communicate, protect our clients’ homes, and produce work you’re proud to put your name on.

In return, you’ll be treated fairly and respectfully, supported when problems arise, and given the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

What You’ll Work On:
  • Cabinet installation.
  • Interior and exterior doors.
  • Baseboard, casing, crown molding, and finish trim.
  • Hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl flooring.
  • Residential framing and remodeling.
  • Detailed punch work and jobsite problem-solving.

What We Provide:
  • Full-time, year-round W-2 employment.
  • Pay based on demonstrated experience and ability.
  • Company-provided tools and equipment.
  • MondayFriday schedule.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
  • Organized office and project support.
  • Varied, high-quality remodeling projects.
  • Opportunity to advance into Lead Carpenter or Foreman.
  • A team where every person is treated fairly and respectfully.

What We Expect:
  • Professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
  • Clean, accurate workmanship.
  • Dependability and personal responsibility.
  • Respectful communication with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to plan work and solve jobsite problems.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • A desire to build a long-term career with the right company.
  • If you’re completely satisfied where you are, you should stay there.

But if you’re proud of your work and quietly wondering whether there’s a better place to build your future, let’s have a private conversation. You don’t have to commit to anything. Come meet us, see how we operate, ask honest questions, and decide for yourself.

Apply with a short description of your experience. Photos of completed work are welcome. A formal résumé is not required.
